IT Services & Consultancy - How I helped a new Salesforce consulting agency establish its very first web presence building a complete brand-aligned website from scratch to launch their business online and start attracting clients.
Project Overview
Medoleon is a Salesforce consulting and implementation agency helping brands architect, customize, and integrate Salesforce solutions. The agency approached me to design a website that could translate a highly technical service — Salesforce architecture, CRM integration, and enterprise support — into a website that feels approachable, credible, and easy to navigate for non-technical decision-makers.
My goal was to build a site that communicated expertise and trust at a glance, while giving Medoleon a distinct visual identity in a market crowded with generic “corporate blue” agency templates.
Challenge & Solution
Launching a new business online means starting with zero brand recognition and zero trust signals. Visitors have no reason to believe a new agency can deliver — everything from the color palette to the copy tone had to work overtime to build credibility that an established competitor gets for free.
Since there was no existing brand to reference, I built one from the ground up: a warm navy-and-gold identity that felt premium and trustworthy, a homepage structured to explain the service clearly to first-time visitors, a dedicated "Workflow Process" section to make the engagement feel transparent, and strategically placed trust elements (client logos, stats, testimonials) to compensate for the brand being new.
Research
Before starting the design process, I analyzed leading platforms such as HubSpot Agency Partners and Salesforce-certified consulting sites to identify industry best practices in service presentation, process transparency, and client trust-building. Research shows that B2B decision-makers typically judge a consulting agency's credibility within the first few seconds of landing on a site, and prefer clear service breakdowns, visible proof of expertise, and a transparent view of how an engagement actually works. These insights helped shape a user-centered experience focused on simplifying technical Salesforce offerings, visualizing the project workflow, and building instant credibility for a brand-new business with no prior online presence.

Wireframes
With no existing site to reference, I mapped the homepage as a first-time narrative: hero → social proof → mission statement → process → about → tools → recent work → services → integrations → FAQs → blog → CTA. Every section had to introduce Medoleon from zero, so the flow was designed to move a stranger from "who is this?" to "I trust this team" within a single scroll.

Final Designs
I established the full visual identity as part of this project — a confident navy-and-gold palette, rounded soft-UI cards, and generous whitespace to make a brand-new, technical business feel established and approachable. The Workflow Process section (Discovery → Design Concept → Development & Testing → Launch & Support) was designed specifically to reassure first-time clients who'd never worked with Medoleon before. An Integration hub showcasing Salesforce, Slack, Shopify, SAP, and NetSuite compatibility helped establish technical credibility instantly, without relying on brand reputation.
"Yogesh completely transformed how we think about knowledge surfaces. The new search experience reduced our agent handle time by 40% in the first month post-launch."

One of the most valuable deliverables from this project was a full design system built in Figma — 120+ components, 8 typography styles, a token-based colour system, and documented interaction patterns. This became the foundation for all new feature development across Knowmax.
